How Boarding Works
01 Send your dates
Message us on WhatsApp with your arrival and departure dates, your dog’s name, age and size, and their usual routine.
02 Discuss your dog’s stay
We’ll check availability and discuss your dog’s needs, the room experience and scheduled pick-up and drop-off.
03 Confirm your booking
Review the boarding terms before booking. Full payment is required at booking.
Private Boarding — Rates & Booking Terms
Your dog’s stay includes a private room, individual care, daily walks and supervised free time, with a comfortable raised bed and time to rest.
Non-peak rates — one dog:
1 night €35;
2–6 nights €30 per night;
7+ nights €28 per night.
Two compatible dogs from the same family sharing one room:
1 night €60;
2–6 nights €55 per night;
7+ nights €50 per night. Prices are the total for both dogs.
Peak rates:
€35 per night for one dog;
€60 per night for two dogs sharing.
Peak periods:
August 1 – September 7;
December 20 – January 7;
Orthodox Holy Monday through Thomas Sunday.
Minimum 3 nights when check-in falls within a peak period.
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off: scheduled, subject to availability, within Limassol, Monday–Friday only.

Does my dog have a private room?
Yes. We have only four private rooms, each with a raised bed and space to rest.
What does the boarding rate include?
A private room, individual care, daily walks and supervised free time. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off is scheduled, subject to availability, within Limassol, Monday–Friday only.
How do I check availability?
Use Check Availability to contact us on WhatsApp. Send your dates and tell us about your dog.
When do I pay?
100% upfront at booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in, no-shows or early departures.
Can I change dates?
At least 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and applicable pricing. Later changes are discretionary.
When can I check in?
Monday–Friday 10:00–17:00; Saturday 10:00–12:00. No Sunday check-in.
When is check-out?
By 12:00. Approved late check-out after 12:00 on weekdays incurs one additional full day, except when the delay is solely caused by our scheduled complimentary drop-off.
Is care provided at weekends?
Dog care continues every day, including weekends.
